Adjacent to historic Ramna Race Course, in front of once famous Shahabagh Hotel and National Museum only a few courageous bloggers initiated disciplined protest against ICT verdict against one allegedly notorious killer , rapist and collaborator of occupation Pakistan Army in 1971 . Known as Kader Koshai [Kader , the butcher] he allegedly killed many and collaborated with occupation army in raping innocent women .Many of the bloggers were not even born in 1971 , few were in their infancies .They are not actively involved in any kind of party politics. Their imitative triggered spontaneous overwhelming support from silent majority and Shahabagh projonomo chattar sparked nationwide massive protects. People from all walks of life, ages, religion, caste and creed joined. For over ten days thousands are joining the Projonmo chattar every day in voicing their solidarity. The wave spread all over Bangladesh and even beyond the borders to countries of the world wherever Bangladeshis live.

Our bright young present generation started rocking and rolling the nation. They want justice done to all alleged war criminals. Law of the land provides for capital punishment for the killers and heinous crimes against humanity. Judges give verdict based on evidences and pleadings of prosecutors. We cannot go against any verdicts. We need to know whether or not there are any negligence from any quarter? Whether there is any loop hole in ICT law? Projonmo wanted amendment to ICT Law . We are not aware whether the amendment are being made to ensure proper justice, whether the prosecution is made stronger with incorporation of senior criminals lawyers , whether all living evidences are kept ready for presenting the evidences? Nation are not ready to witness any repeat of Kader Mollah incident.

Projonmo also wants establishment of the ideals of liberation war – Nationalism, Democracy, socialism and secularism in accordance with the Constitution adopted on 4th November 1972. Projonmo also wants banning of any politics which contradict with the fundamental principal of 1972 constitution based on the ideals of the liberation war. No party or individual should try and misguide the spontaneous avalanche of our youth . If only the demand of our youth can be fulfilled all the present day evils will be automatically brought on board . Or it other words Projonmo 2013 does not want it to be used as a platform of any political party or individuals.

Bangladesh must ensure justice to all criminals of 1971 .There must not be any compromise here. Bangladesh definitely requires restoration of 1972 constitution in its originality first abolishing all amendments. Off course later there can be some adjustments to accommodate present world order. There must not be any compromise here.

Constitution ensures democracy meaning peoples rule. There must not be any compromise here.  There must not be any democracy tutored by military rulers or non-elected care takers. People are owner of this country. They must have right to exercise adult franchise to elect their servants to run the government on their behalf and remain accountable to the people. Constitution provides secularism. People of every religion will observe equal freedom. There must not be any politics with religion and exploitation of any on the basis of any religion. All political parties based on religion must be banned.

Projonmo also freed our national slogan “ Joy Bangla “ from the grasp of a particular party. It must be respected and adopted everywhere. No one should show any disrespect to it  in any manner .

There must be an end to all kinds of dynasty control in politics. We want professionalism in politics not the shameteurism.  Let us restore politics of genuine politicians. Let us do away with politics dominated by money and muscles.

All these will happen as soon as the war criminals and their sponsors are brought under justice. It must not matter which party or parties they belong to. In the eyes of law all must be treated equally.

We want commitment from all parties of Bangladesh Parliament to unconditionally accept all demands of Projonmo 2014 and want to see its implementation ASAP.

We civilized Bangladeshis want to restore credibility among world community. We want to live with our heads high. We want to restore our pride that we achieved in 1962 and 1971, We are such a green and beautiful country. We have so much to offer to the world. Bangladesh is really a wonder land.

 
Latest Development: When I was about to mail this suddenly came the sad news that one of the leading blogger Rajib Haidar Shuvo, a 26 year old Architect was brutally murdered while returning home from Projonmo Chattar. While the bloggers and general mass decided to confine the program from 3PM to 10PM everyday this incident of fresh crime by the agents of defeated force sparked new fire forcing the movement to remain uninterrupted for 24 hours round the clock till justice is done to all war criminals and killers of Rajib. 5 suspects are already arrested and vigorous investigation is in progress. Rajib is the a Freedom Fighter of Projonmo 2013 .His sacrifice has created stronger resolve
